Throughout 2009, we received countless recognition for exceptional Guest Service and Satisfaction scores with Overall Satisfaction in the top 10% of the Courtyard brand. Humbled by our guest reviews, the staff has been dedicated to raising the bar for service levels. In 2009, we concluded the year by being ranked #3 of 781 Courtyards for Overall Service and Satisfaction.
Last week, our General Manager received a call from Marriott letting him know that the Courtyard by Marriott in Fayetteville had earned the Marriott Courtyard Hotel of the Year as well as the Chairman’s Circle Award for Overall Guest Satisfaction. We are still in shock and will keep our readers updated as events unfold to celebrate our guests and associates! TJ Angeleno, our General Manager, will travel to Washington D.C. in April to accept the awards from Mr. Bill Marriott.
